以子宮中胚胎的意象，刻劃生命的根源與象徵，展現人間百態的縮影。 藉由妙思與巧手，詮釋生命裡最原始的議題。 運用木材紋理變化無窮的特性，以及樹頭與樹根糾結裂陷的生命力， 創造充滿意境的視覺效果。 透過與媒材不斷妥協或突破的競逐過程，詮釋生命源頭之美。

Through the imagery of an embryo in the womb, the work depicts the roots and symbols of life and is a microcosm of humanity itself. Through ingenuity and craftsmanship, Kang interprets the most primordial aspects of life. Using the various textures of wood and the vitality contained within trees, the artist creates a visual effect bursting with imagery. Through a competitive process of continuous compromise and breakthrough in selecting his media, the artist interprets the beauty of the origins of life.
