在島嶼的每一座城市之間，藝術家康木祥鋪展出一條條由鋼纜編織的連結——這不只是物理的串聯，更是一種心靈的呼應。《 一條鋼索鏈結台灣 》 是一場跨越地域與族群的藝術行動，由康木祥以其標誌性的再生鋼纜創作為軸，走入台灣各地城市，將每個展覽場域視為一段節點，串連起整座島嶼的情感與記憶。
這條鋼索，不是冷冽的工業遺構，而是承載土地故事與人情溫度的生命線。鋼纜，曾經是高樓與機械的脈絡，如今被藝術重新定義，成為台灣在地精神的象徵。每一件作品，都保留了材質的力量與歲月的痕跡，透過雕塑語言講述關於連結、堅韌、共生的故事。
本次行動將巡迴台灣多個城市，每一站都將與在地社群、文化對話，觸發共鳴與反思。透過藝術，我們重新想像：在這座島上，不同的地方，是如何被一條鋼索緊緊相繫。這不僅是一場展覽，而是一場將島嶼命運與情感緊繫的行動：一條鋼索鏈結台灣。
Across every city on this island, artist Kang Mu-Hsiang lays out connections woven from steel cables—not just physical links, but resonances of the soul. A Steel Cable Connecting Taiwan is an artistic action that transcends geography and identity. Through his signature works created with recycled steel cables, Kang Mu-Hsiang travels across cities in Taiwan, turning each exhibition site into a connecting point—linking the island’s collective memory and shared emotions.
These steel cables are not cold industrial remnants; they are lifelines carrying stories of the land and the warmth of human connection. Once integral parts of skyscrapers and machinery, the steel cables are now redefined by art as symbols of Taiwan’s spirit. Each sculpture retains the material’s original strength and the marks of time, telling stories of connection, resilience, and coexistence.
This initiative will tour cities throughout Taiwan. At every stop, the artworks will engage in dialogue with local communities and cultures, sparking resonance and reflection. Through art, we reimagine how different corners of this island are intimately bound by one steel cable. This is more than an exhibition—it is an artistic movement that binds the island’s destiny and emotions together : a steel cable connecting Taiwan.
